Abstract
Spinal cord or cauda equina compression by metastatic cancer usually occurs months or even years after the diagnosis of the primary tumor, We describe the unusual simultaneous presentation of small cell cancer of the cervix a nd metastatic tumor compressing the spinal cord and cauda equina.
