Abstract
The novel phenylpropanoid glycoside, ha]-methyl-gamma-(3',4'-dimethoxy phenyl)-propyl-O- alpha-L-rhamnopranosyl(1 --> 3)-beta-D-(6-caffeoyl) glucopyranoside (1), was isolated together with apigenin (2) and luteo lin (3) from the aerial parts of Sideritis raeseri. It structure was e stablished on the basis of the spectroscopic studies and chemical evid ence.
