Abstract
ZnGeP2 has been found to be phase matchable for type-1 second-harmonic generation of a CO2 laser to as high as 10.78 mu m at 20.0 degrees C. The Sellmeier equations and nonlinear optical constant of this crysta l. (C) 1997 Optical Society of America.
