Abstract
We describe a case of dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF) presenting with su barachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). The diagnosis of DAVF was based on spinal angi ography. A review of the literature revealed that five of 13 previously rep orted DAVFs of the cervical spine were accompanied by SAH, SAH has not been observed in DAVFs involving other segments of the spinal canal.
