Abstract
We report a case of an aortopulmonary window with a right coronary artery a rising from the pulmonary trunk. This exceedingly rare anomaly with anomalo us coronary artery presented without myocardial ischemia owing to the aorto pulmonary window. The correct diagnosis was made by angiography and a succe ssful surgical correction was performed. (C) 1999 by The Society of Thoraci c Surgeons.
