Abstract
Hydrogen production system from glucose consisting of glucose dehydrogenase from Bacillus sp. and hydrogenase from Alcaligenes eutrophus H16 was estab lished. When the solution containing glucose, glucose dehydrogenase, NAD, a nd hydrogenase was incubated at 30 degrees C, hydrogen evolution was observ ed.
