Abstract
Conformational properties and intramolecular hydrogen-bondings of dithia[3. 3]metacyclophanes carrying one or two amino group on their internal positio ns were studied by H-1-NMR, IR spectra and X-ray structural analyses. It wa s found out that intramolecular hydrogen-bonding network between amino prot eins and bridge sulfur atoms is formed and it is closely related to the con formations of cyclophanes.
