Abstract
The adsorption of potential-determining ions and the electrophoretic mobili ty of particles of titanium oxide synthesized by hydrolysis of TiCl4 were m easured at the background of 1:1-indifferent electrolyte solutions. It was established that the presence of anionic admixtures on the sample surface s hifts the point of zero charge and the isoelectric point in accordance with the theoretical notions on the charging of the oxide-electrolyte solution interface.
