Abstract
Motivated by the recent experiments about candidates fur glueball from diff erent processes, we discuss in this paper the production of 0(++) glueball from double diffractive scattering at momentum transfer [t] less than or si milar to 1 GeV2 in high energy p+p((p)-over-bar) collision. We employ the p henomenology of Pomeron (P) of Donnachie-Landshoff, the field theory model of IP of Landshoff-Nachtmann and the relevant calculating approach. We assu me while IP coupling with glueball, the 0(++) glueball can be considered as a bound state of two non-perturbative massive gluons. We evaluate the depe ndence of cross section for 0(++) glueball production on system energy root s and show that it could be tested experimentally.
