We study the production of charginos e(+)e(-) --> <(chi)over tilde>(+)(i)<(
chi)over tilde>(-)(j) (i, j = 1, 2) with polarized beams and the subsequent
decays <(chi)over tilde>(+)(i) --> <(chi)over tilde>(0)(k)l(+)v(l) and <(c
hi)over tilde>(-)(j) --> <(chi)over tilde>(0)(l)l(-)<(nu)over bar>(l), (k,
l = 1,..., 5), including the complete spin correlations between production
and decay. Analytical formulae are presented for the joint spin-density mat
rix of the charginos, for the chargino decay matrix and for the differentia
l cross section of the combined processes of production and decays. We pres
ent numerical results for pair production of the lighter chargino with unpo
larized beams and the leptonic decay of <(chi)over tilde>(-)(1) into the li
ghtest neutralino <(chi)over tilde>(0)(1). The lepton angular distribution
and the forward-backward asymmetry are studied in four representative scena
rios for root s = 192 GeV and root s = 200 GeV.
