Abstract
Charginos chi(1)(+/-) are expected to be the lightest observable supersymme
tric particles in many supersymmetric models. We present a procedure which
will allow to determine the chargino mixing angles and, subsequently, the f
undamental SUSY parameters M-2, mu and tan beta by measurements of the tota
l cross section and the spin correlations in e(+)e(-) annihilation to chi(1
)(+)chi(1)(-) chargino pairs.
