Abstract
A simple and rapid PCR-based method for screening transformed Arabidopsis p lants has been developed. Based on the quantity of chlorophyll present in a protoplast suspension, the optimal amount of template is calculated and a fragment of the transgene is amplified. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
