The authors report an uncommon complication in cervical skeletal fluorosis.
It is a cervical spondylolisthesis at C5-C6 level complicated by a radicul
omyelopathy described in a man living in an endemic area for fluorosis. Aft
er 3 years, a spontaneous stabilization of the cervical spine with a poster
ior calcification of the supraspinal and interspinal ligaments has caused a
n improvement of the neurological symptomatology.
