Abstract
We report a family in which two male sibs were affected with isolated nonco mpanion of ventricular myocardium (INVM). The familial occurrence of INVM s uggests a genetic basis, We review the literature of familial and nanfamili al cases and discuss the inheritance pattern of INVM.
