Abstract
A new pressurized flow system for circular thin layer chromatography i s developed. The system consists of an ordinary TLC glass plate with a hole in the center and a glass capillary fused on that hole. The solv ent is applied to the plate through the capillary which is connected t o a solvent reservoir with a plastic tubing. The system is significant ly faster, reproducible and inexpensive than classical ascending TLC.
