Abstract
We have proposed a unique and simple image reconstruction algorithm called Bayesian back-projection method (BBP) for CT of both transmission and emiss ion types. The method proved the possibility of the image reconstruction fo r the actual phantom problems. Attractive features of the method are discus sed. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
