Abstract
The simplest compound picture of the one-dimensional string model and the f ireball model is used to describe the rapidity and squared transverse-momen tum distributions of produced particles in e(+)e(-) annihilation and pp col lision at high energy. The calculated results are in agreement with the exp erimental data. It is shown that, in the rest frame of the fireball, the pa rticles presented isotropic emission and the three components of the moment um can be regarded as Gaussian type having the same width.
