Abstract
Kinetic features of copolymerization of sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonate with N-vinylpyrrolidone in concentrated aqueous solutions at pH 9 in the presence of the redox system potassium persulfate-sodium disulfite at 40-70 degrees C were studied by the dilatometric method. The effect on c opolymerization of the temperature and the composition and concentration of the initial monomer mixture, comonomers, and components of the redox syste m was studied.
