Abstract
This article offers an historical perspective and overview for treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysms. The classic technique, design, and delivery sys tem are detailed. It outlines patient selection, the endovascular procedure , and interaction with the vascular surgeon. The authors describe their res ults as well as complications, and give an overview of this new and highly specialized treatment.
