Abstract
The regularities governing the effect of aliovalent substitutions in cation sublattices, which allow the electrophysical properties to be controlled w ithin one structural type over a wide range - from MW dielectrics to cation ic conductors and semiconductors, have been established on exchange of rare -earth titanates with perovskite structure.
