Abstract
A cadaveric study of endoscopic decompression of the cubital tunnel was per formed. Four fresh-frozen upper limbs were used for dissection, with a focu s on the relationship between the ulnar nerve and Osborne's band. The endos copic procedure was performed with the Ectra II system (Smith & Nephew, And over, MA). After the surgical procedure, further dissection was done to eva luate the effectiveness and safety of the endoscopic cut of Osborne's hand. Our conclusion is that endoscopic release is not a technically difficult p rocedure, and may be limited to certain clinical situations.
