Abstract
We report a case of major lower digestive tract hemorrhage caused by a n ileal lipoma. The main clinical signs of this uncommon pathology are presented together with the necessary paraclinical investigations. Il eal lipoma may be spontaneously complicated and requires surgical trea tment.
