Abstract
The mechanism of O(D-1) reaction with CF3Br induced by photolysis of CF3Br- O-3 system at 253, 7 nm was studied, The final reaction products are CF2O, F-2 and Br-2. The rate coefficient of O(D-1) reaction with CF3Br is obtaine d (k=1.32X10(-10) cm(3) . molecule(-1) . s(-1)). The possibility of O(P-3) reaction with CF3Br and the influence of the added gases was also studied.
