A search system based on naturally linguistic fuzzy keywords for soybean sh
ape information was developed in this study. On fuzzy based search systems,
various human impressions to a search result even for the same fuzzy keywo
rd can be often observed, which is caused mainly by human subjectivity to t
he fuzzy keyword. To compensate such human subjectivity, we implemented sev
eral search options to the system; i.e., two types of membership functions,
adjustable fuzzy ranges and three types of definitions on fuzzy membership
logical products. One can obtain preferable search results for soybean sha
pe information, choosing the appropriate combination of those search option
s.
