Abstract
A model for measuring a company's performance helps all members - cust omers, suppliers, employees, adn community - understand and evaluate t heir contributions and expectations. By focusing on the secondary proc esses for achieving primary objectives, such as profit, the system pro vides a tool for monitoring implicit and explicit contractual relation ships with stakeholders.
