Abstract
Four new 4-phenylcoumarins, disparinols A and B, isodisparinols A and B, ha ving a 2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enyl substituent were isolated from the bark of <(Calophyllum)under bar><(dispar)under bar> (Clusiaceae). Their structu res were established by means of spectroscopic studies and confirmed by hem isynthesis.
