Abstract
Cardiovascular syncope can be due to a variety of abnormalities. Often , multiple testing modalities are necessary to obtain an accurate diag nosis. We report on a young female patient with recurrent syncope in w hom conventional evaluation was unremarkable. A diagnosis was establis hed by prolonged ambulatory monitoring.
