The multiplicity distribution in small bins is studied within the Ginzburg-
Landau description for first-order quark-hadron phase transition. Direct co
mparison of the distribution with a Poisson one (with the same average) is
made. Dynamical factor d(q) for the distribution and ratio D-q = d(q)/d(l)
are studied, and novel scaling behaviours between D-q are found which can b
e used to detect the formation of quark-gluon plasma.
