We calculated the (2sns) S-1(e) (n = 2, 3, 4), (2sns)S-3(e) (n = 3, 4,
5), (2snp) (1)p(o) (n = 3, 4), (2snp)P-3(o) (n = 2, 3, 4) and 2p(2) D
-1(e) autoionizing states in H- below the n = 2 hydrogen threshold by
the saddle-point complex-rotation method. The close-channel part of wa
vefunctions are constructed by B-spline basis functions. The resonance
energies and autoionization widths are determined. They are compared
with other theoretical and experimental results to examine the feasibi
lity of applying B-spline basis functions through the saddle-point com
plex-rotation method in resonance states.
