Abstract
We report the dielectric properties of the crystals K3Li2-xNb5-xO15+2x With x varied from 0.05 to 0.3, which were grown by the edge-defined film-fed g rowth technique. The optimum poling conditions were experimentally determin ed. The resulting polarity was checked by using etching techniques and meas urement of the pyroelectric coefficient.
