Current concepts in imaging of adrenal masses

Adrenal masses are a common entity. With the advent of improved cross-secti onal imaging techniques the detection and characterization of adrenal masse s has improved dramatically. We review the imaging features of benign and m alignant adrenal masses and other entities that may cause mass-like enlarge ment of the adrenal glands.
