Abstract
This paper describes the development and application of guidance on EQ (EQ)
of high performance liquid chromatography instruments. EQ is a formal proc
ess that provides documented evidence that an instrument is fit for its int
ended purpose and kept in a state of maintenance and calibration consistent
with its use.
