Abstract
Experimental studies of the reflection of shock waves of moderate intensity from a rigid wall in a liquid suspension of solid particles and gas bubble s (inert gas and readily soluble one) are presented. The experimental data are compared to the theoretical ones obtained from different mathematical m odels. The process of gas dissolution observed behind a shock wave in a thr ee-phase suspension is studied.
