Abstract
IR-spectroscopy was applied to study the water structure in thin (3, 5, 10, and 20 mu k) layers, The results presented are an experimental evidence of novel properties of water. Infrared observations have revealed large (mill imeter-sized) clusters, which displayed the regularity in their spatial pat tern.
