Abstract
The deoxygenation and 2'-labeling of a C-ribonucleoside by reductive elimin ation with tri-n-butyltin hydride[H-3] in a one-pot reaction is described. The approach is a safe, simple, efficient, and general method for 2'-labeli ng of nucleosides. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
