Abstract
We describe a complication of radiofrequency ablation of a posteroseptal pa thway that resulted in acute occlusion of a distal right coronary artery in a pediatric patient. The complication was treated with coronary stenting a fter unsuccessful angioplasty, (C) 1999 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
