Abstract
Soil humic acid fractionated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis yield fo ur fractions: a, b, and c+d Lignin samples runs as a single band and have t he same electrophoretic mobility than fraction b of humic acid. Degraded li gnin also yield fraction c+d Model phenolic polymers and fungal melanins we re mainly distributed into fractions equivalent to fractions b and c+d of h umic acids. These data confirms those obtained using other analytical metho ds.
