Abstract
The authors present a study concerning 190 consecutive patients with a chro nic partial epilepsy treated by surgery and they analyse the semeiologic as pects of the differents lesions found rising magnetic resonance imaging (MR I). They conclude on the essential interest of this investigation by MR in rite management of this disease.
