Abstract
The elevation of intracellular [Ca2+] induced by bradykinin (Bk) was monito red with fura-2 fluorescence in human skin fibroblasts. Neither [des-Arg(10 )][Leu(9)]kallidin nor D-Arg[Hyp(3),Thi(5),D-TiC7,OiC(8)]bradykinin (HOE140 ) inhibited the Ca2+ response stimulated by Bk. Moreover, each behaved as a partial agonist causing the elevation of intracellular[Ca2+]. (C) 1999 Els evier Science Inc. All rights reserved.
