Abstract
Computer aided taxonomy (CAT) is gaining importance day by day. In order to familiarise the taxonomy and its continuing usage an attempt has been made to develop a module for knowing the systematics of organisms and to genera te automatic numerical code for marine biota. It will help not only the tax onomists and systematists but also the research, academicians and students.
