Abstract
We report three cases of pseudolesions caused by aberrant right gastric ven ous drainage (AGVD) in segment II/III of the liver as demonstrated on CT du ring arterial portography (CTAP). On CTAP, the lesions were seen as wedge-s haped per fusion defects, and on hepatic arteriography, AGVD directed to th e area with the perfusion defect was visible in all three cases. When a per fusion defect is detected at the edge of segments II/III at CTAP, a pseudol esion caused by AGVD should be suspected.
