Abstract
An unusual form of intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt draining in to the inferior vena cava was demonstrated using three-dimensional ima ges reconstructed from spiral CT during arterial portography, colour D oppler ultrasonography with Row velocity measurement, and digital subt raction portovenography. The utilization of modern radiological techni ques in evaluating intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunts is discuss ed.
