Angiocentric T-cell lymphoma, which in the past has been grouped with a var
iety of granulomatous diseases, occur uncommonly as a destructive condition
of the posterior nasal space and midface. We report on a patient with a ch
ronic granular ulcerative lesion involving the posterior tongue, hypopharyn
x and supraglottis.
