Abstract
A number of dimeric conduritol and conduramine analogs have been synthesize d from naphthalene via a combination of enzymatic and chemical methods to g ive oxygenated derivatives with high stereo- and regiocontrol in few steps. These compounds have been tested for enzymatic inhibition against common g lycosidases.
