Abstract
Unambiguous H-1 and C-13 chemical shift assignments of the novel antibiotic 6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-7,7-dimethyl-dioxolo[5,4-b]acridin-9-one were made usin g the FUCOUP pulse sequence. The appropriate phase cycling was calculated u sing the Compact Cartesian Coordinate Product Operator (C3PO) method. Copyr ight (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
