Gp. Liney et al., In vivo magnetic resonance spectroscopy and dynamic contrast enhanced imaging of the prostate gland, NMR BIOMED, 12(1), 1999, pp. 39-44
The quantitation of in vivo H-1 MR spectroscopy and dynamic contrast enhanc
ed MR imaging is described for patients with histologically confirmed prost
ate adenocarcinoma and benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). Results are pres
ented which suggest that combined use of these techniques may be helpful in
improving the characterization of prostate pathologies and ultimately incr
ease the staging accuracy of magnetic resonance. Copyright (C) 1999 John Wi
