Abstract
An unusual case of complete duplication of the bladder and urethra in the c oronal plane associated with left ectopic kidney, duplication of the clitor is and a chondrolipomatous malformation in the pelvic region in a girl is r eported. The accessory bladder was located posterolateral to the normal bla dder and a ureteric opening into the accessory bladder was found. The malfo rmation was initially identified by US and cystography and confirmed by cys toscopy.
