Abstract
Two patients with bladder neck suspension by artificial slings presented wi th complaints of vaginal pain and drainage as well as irritative voiding. P elvic examination and flexible cystoscopy were negative. Flexible vaginosco py detected sling erosion in both. Vaginoscopy is a valuable adjunct proced ure in detecting this problem.
