Abstract
Mullerian duct cysts occupying the pelvic/abdominal region are rare. We des cribe a mullerian duct cyst extending into the lower abdomen in a 47-year-o ld man complaining of urinary retention. We removed the cyst through a supr apubic retrovesical approach. No malignancy was found in the surgical speci men. (C) 1999, Elsevier Science Inc. Ail rights reserved.
