S. Ikeda et al., Ion chromatograph with immobilized alkaline phosphatase reactor for the determination of adenosine phosphates, ANALYT CHIM, 384(1), 1999, pp. 45-50
An ion chromatograph equipped with an immobilized enzyme reactor was develo
ped for the determination of adenosine phosphates. The enzyme reactor was p
repared by immobilization of alkaline phosphatase onto activated glass bead
s. The proposed equipment made it possible to determine adenosine phosphate
s rapidly as phosphate ion. Adenosine monophosphate (AMP, 5 x 10(-5)-2 x 10
(-4) M), adenosine diphosphate (ADP, 1 x 10(-5)-1 x 10(-4) M) and adenosine
triphosphate (ATP, 1 x 10(-5)-1 x 10(-4) M) could be determined precisely
with a relative error of less than 3.6%, in the presence of L-lactic acid,
creatine, myoglobin, albumin, chloride, nitrate, phosphate, and sulfate ion
